BoscoVerde’s founder Gert Groenewoud took his first steps in Executive Search in 2006 after a career in different commercial sales and marketing management positions for companies such as Telfort and A.T.&T., both sales organizations at heart. The challenging positions he held have provided him with the experience to build a successful track record in the field of Executive Search over the past 10 years.
I gain pleasure from and enjoy searching, finding and matching the right candidate to the right organisation. Important principles here are timing and momentum. On these two key words I have built my business and this is how BoscoVerde makes the difference. Finding the right candidate for the client is more than just matching a resume to a job profile. It is testing the candidate on intrinsic motivation and only then, if results are good, do we introduce the candidate to our client.
